Cancellation Prior to Service Delivery
If you cancel your order for marketing audit or consultation services before the services are delivered, you will not be charged any additional fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted via email at teamnatemarketing@gmail.com.
Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated, provided the services have not yet been rendered. We recommend submitting a cancellation request within 12 hours of placing your order to ensure that the cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of the service.
Refund Policy
A full refund will be issued once we have received and reviewed the returned goods or services at our return center. For marketing audits and marketing consultation services, a refund will be processed if the services rendered fail to meet the agreed terms or if you are dissatisfied within a specified period as outlined in our service agreement.
Once the returned goods or services meet our return policy criteria, the full refund will be initiated. The method of refund will depend on the original payment method:
- Online Bank Transfer: Full refunds will be credited to your bank account via online bank transfer, typically processed within 3-5 working days.
- Credit Card: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Kindly contact your card-issuing bank to inquire about the duration for crediting the refund.
For marketing consultation services, if you are dissatisfied with the consultation or audit results, please reach out to our support team within [specified period] to address the issue before initiating a refund request.
